Hi Perry- I admire your site and your articles. It speaks to me. I am a Joggler in Newport Beach, CA. I Trail Joggle and run up and down stair cases at the Beach Joggling. It was a natural progression for I started practicing my juggling than learned to Slackline and then to Juggle on the slackfline and then I decided to try running and Juggling. Would love to chat with you sometime. Especially like the way you see the multitasking aspect of it and what other discoveries of Multitasking you have discovered. Joggling to me is what I like to call a thermal. Running on a imaginary slackline is another thermal. You sometime go for miles and when finished you didn’t really realize you had just worked out and hard. The next thing you know your super fit and you don’t know how you got there. It’s like waking up in a dream! Cheers, Peter
