Joggling Journal – Streak Day 83

Day 83 of a quest to joggle at least one mile every day for 1000 days in a row.

Summary: Definitely felt sore and tired today. Don’t know why but maybe it was the couple hours of juggling yesterday or the fact that I haven’t had a break in 83 days. Weather-wise, joggling today was wonderful. Sunny, slightly cool but perfect for wearing shorts. I raced around Piedmont Track and pushed my way through the soreness. I think tomorrow I’ll do a short run. I’ve got to start doing some longer runs however. The marathon is less than a month away.

  1. If you have the time, catch a Kooza show at Atlantic Station in Atlanta. The show’s amazing and well worth it if you can get a ticket. Plus, Anthony Gatto’s in the show, can’t beat that. He also plays other comedy roles throughout the show, and then dazzles you with the jugging in the 2nd act.

  2. Glad you saw it! It was amazing, wasn’t it? He’s a great performer.

Thanks, I’ll keep you posted on how the race goes…
