We’ve already seen that juggling can improve a person’s mind. Now it can improve their quality of life. It’s time to teach your grandparents or parents to juggle. That’s my conclusion from this study about exercise and the improvement of quality of life of older people.
According to the research published in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society, an exercise program was the best way to improve quality of life. Additionally, it leads to improvements in balance, functional reach, and confidence.
So, if you are looking to help some and improve your relationship with your grandparents or your mom and dad or any other person who’s a bit older than you, teach them how to juggle. Better yet, help them learn a little wuggling (juggling while walking) if joggling is out of the question.
