Fermans Prepare for Joggling Races

Looks like last year’s joggling winners will be trying to take home more gold this year at the 2008 World Joggling Championships. According to this Mandarin Sun report about joggling, Len and David Ferman haveperry joggling joggler been training hard for this year’s events.

Last year, David won three gold medals including the 100-meter 5 ball joggling event. This is a tough race that I probably won’t even try. Len Ferman, who we previously interviewed, won two gold medals last year.

I look forward to competing against both of these talented jogglers at a real live “track” meet. This training will be a bit of a departure for me as I’ve mostly worked towards doing joggling marathons. Anyone got any advice on how to train for short races like 100’s, 200’s, and 400’s?

One other thing about this year’s event. A story about it will be running in an upcoming edition of Runner’s World! They may even include a picture of this Average Joggler. Stay tuned.

  1. OK. So, like I’m never worried about appearances, but… You need to RUN FAST 🙂 LOL!!! If you can breath when you get to the end of a short track race, you sucked 😀
