Cool Fitness Website With Free Exercise Animations

I just saw this website called the ABCs of Fitness. It provides some great tutorials (37 of them) on doingexercise basic stretching, weight lifting and other exercises that will be useful for jogglers and runners alike. The best part is they have animations that show exactly how to do the exercises. I always have trouble when reading about workouts in magazines because you can’t really tell from the pictures how to do them.

There’s a whole community built up on this site. I haven’t joined but I might. It’s free, there’s a forum and they also let you submit articles. It’s always good to get more information about joggling out there.

Try it out and let me know what you think.

  1. Thanks for the great website.

New to juggling (4 months), but have done 100 plus races of 20k – 56k down here in Sunny South Africa, and never seen a joggler in my life.

I recently took up joggling after finding it on the net, and plan to do my first 10k joggling in about 2 weeks time, aiming at 60 – 75 mins.

I found frustrating little video material on joggling, and ask that some of you guys put up some tutorials, which will be most helpfull.

I find it however very difficult to keep going for more than 1 minute at a time, even though I’ve done 2mins plus stretches.

Does anyone have any tips or ideas on how to improve, as I’ve stagnated to the extent that I have not been able to increase the distance I can go before dropping.

Also, how long do you think is the minimum distance I must be able to go without dropping before entering a race.

The race I’m aiming at, will have around 300 participants.
