I just saw this website called the ABCs of Fitness. It provides some great tutorials (37 of them) on doing basic stretching, weight lifting and other exercises that will be useful for jogglers and runners alike. The best part is they have animations that show exactly how to do the exercises. I always have trouble when reading about workouts in magazines because you can’t really tell from the pictures how to do them.
There’s a whole community built up on this site. I haven’t joined but I might. It’s free, there’s a forum and they also let you submit articles. It’s always good to get more information about joggling out there.
