119 Joggling Days

119th day of a quest to joggle at least one mile every day for 1000 days in a row.

Summary: I love joggling in the spring! Not too hot, not too cold. Nice and sunny. I did an easy workout today. I’m taking it easy before I start training a little harder for the Shamrock Shuffle. Not much happened except a girl yelled at me from across the street, “Holy s@#t! You’re amazing!” I smiled, waved and joggled on.

  1. Do you stop juggling if you stop at an intersection? I am working on clapping while juggling. I might be able to wave if I kept the ball in my hand.

  2. Nope, just joggle on through. I am able to look left and right to see if cars are coming. If there’s even a hint of danger, I stop joggling and just run through.

    I do a think called Juggling Jacks which is a clapping / juggling exercise. I’ll do a video and post.
