Joggling Streak – Day 85
On a quest to joggle at least one mile every day for 1000 days in a row.
Summary: An enjoyable joggle around the resort walking trail. The other guests must think I’m either a park employee or just some freak. No matter. Everyone is really nice and the weather for joggling is beautiful. Much preferred over the bitter cold in Chicago. Cold running builds character but it doesn’t do much for your conditioning. It seems to make me slower. Admittedly, after 8+hours at Magic Kingdom, I didn’t much feel like going for a run. I sucked it up and went anyway. Must keep the streak alive. I also got to listen to an excellent podcast episode of Radio Lab about sperm and why it even exists. It’s a great podcast and I’m thankful to Deadwarmo for alerting me to it’s existence.
